All sales are final

At iPlay Arcades, all purchases are final. Our Return and Refund Policy states that we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

- Game cards, including new cards and card reloads (recharges)

- Game credits, bonus credits, and courtesy (prize-game) credits

- Timed play (unlimited play / Hyper Passport)

- Card fees

- Prizes redeemed from prize games

Please note that game cards and credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Lost, stolen, or damaged cards

As clearly indicated on every iPlay Arcades card, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards or the credits associated with them. Unfortunately, we cannot replace, refund, or transfer the balance of any lost, stolen, or damaged card. It’s important to keep your card in a safe place, just like cash.

Rechargeable cards

All iPlay Arcades cards are rechargeable. Hold on to your card and return to our in-store kiosk to add more arcade credits or playtime.

Party deposits

To reserve a party date and time, a non-refundable deposit of $500 is required.

Final prices

All prices at iPlay Arcades are final, inclusive of tax. There are no hidden fees or additional service charges.
